Humboldt Builders Exchange

Construction is underway on the Eureka Chinatown Monument, located on City of Eureka property. The monument was designed and funded by Humboldt Asians and Pacific Islanders in Solidarity (HAPI) and recognizes an important chapter in the community’s history.

Brannan Powell is serving as the foreman on site for Sequoia Construction Specialties, overseeing construction of the project.

Several local firms contributed to the project’s development:

Standing Wave Engineering – site civil engineering

Projects like this demonstrate the collaboration of local contractors and engineers in bringing meaningful community landmarks to life.
