Employee of the Month
The Humboldt Builders Exchange Employee of the Month Program shines a spotlight on outstanding individuals within the local building industry who demonstrate exceptional work ethic, leadership, teamwork, growth, customer service, mentoring, and dedication to their craft.
Do you know someone in your company who deserves recognition?
We encourage our members to nominate outstanding employees for official recognition by the Exchange. At the end of each month the Board of Directors will select one Employee of the Month winner, who will be recognized on our website and social media and receive a small prize in appreciation of their contributions.
Monthly winners are also entered into consideration for our annual Tradesperson of the Year recognition, announced each year at our Christmas Party.
Eligibility Guidelines
- Must work for an HBE member company
- Employees only — not owners or principals
- Open to all trades and industry support positions
- Employees may only win once per calendar year
- Newer employees are encouraged but not required

Ready to Nominate?
Each company may nominate up to two employees per month, with a maximum of six nominations per year. This is an easy and meaningful way to recognize and encourage exceptional employees within your company.
