Women in Construction Week 2026 Spotlight
Aimée Marie Carroll – Carbonneau Ceramic Tile

During Women in Construction Week 2026, we are proud to spotlight Aimée Marie Carroll of Carbonneau Ceramic Tile, a second-generation professional whose dedication, technical knowledge, and commitment to community continue to strengthen the trades in Humboldt County.

With 17 years of experience in the tile and design industry, Aimée has built a reputation for excellence in functional design. She is widely respected for her expertise in materials care, usage, and cost efficiency — helping clients make informed decisions that balance durability, beauty, and budget. Her approach is practical, solutions-oriented, and grounded in a deep understanding of both craftsmanship and customer service.

Aimée works alongside her father, Pierre Carbonneau — known to many as “The Tile Man” — who brings more than 50 years of experience in the trade. Together, they uphold a longstanding family legacy of quality workmanship, integrity, and service to the community. Their partnership reflects the passing down of both skill and values from one generation to the next.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Aimée is deeply engaged in regional leadership and workforce advocacy. She serves as a board member, Publicity Coordinator, and Secretary for the North Coast Employers Advisory Council (NEAC), supporting business education, employer resources, and economic development across the North Coast. She is also active in supporting local veterans organizations and other community initiatives throughout Humboldt County.

When she’s not on a job site or involved in community work, Aimée enjoys spending time with her father, her husband, and their four adult children. Weekends often find them at their family cabin fishing, hunting, enjoying lakeside adventures, and embracing the outdoors that make Humboldt County such a special place to live and work.

Aimée’s career reflects what Women in Construction Week celebrates: leadership rooted in skill, service, resilience, and family tradition. Her dedication to craftsmanship and community continues to inspire the next generation of professionals entering the trades.

We are proud to recognize Aimée Marie Carroll and the important role she plays in strengthening our industry and our region.
